Pricing FAQ

1. Is the 30 days free feature applicable to all plans?
InfoWave offers a free 30-day trial on new pay accounts (Basic, Professional, Premium, and Superstar). Upgrades from free accounts do not qualify for the free 30-day trial. If you upgrade from a free to a paying account you”ll be charged for your first month when you upgrade.
2. Will I be charged if I cancel within the first 30 days?
If you cancel your paid account before you are billed 30 days after your original signup then you won’t be charged.
3. Will I be charged if I cancel after 30 days of signing up for a paid account?
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 10th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won”t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
4. How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Account” tab (usually found on the Dashboard). Once you are on the Account page, click the “Please cancel my account” link.
5. How long can I use the trial account?
Till such time when we release the product commercially and if your usage falls outside the Free package offering.
6. Do I need to re-enter all the details and files after purchasing the upgraded version (or) it will update by itself?
The transition will be seemless.
7. I opt for a package now and few months there’s an upgrade in the market. Do I get it free or do I have to pay again?
When you subscribe for a package and pay your subscription on a monthly basis, there is no need to pay for upgrades. All upgrades will happen behind the sceens and will not affect your payments. However, in the future we may release features have have a add-on cost, though optional, may add value to the Show On The Cloud experience. In such cases, the monthly subscription may increase.
8. If I cancel in between, will I get complete refund?
Once we go commercially live and you are a paying customer, we will not give any refunds. However, we have the 30 day money back guarantee. No questions asked.
9. How much will I burn on this? Is it worth it?
Ofcourse, it is worth it. Give the Beta a shot and leave the pricing to us. Our goal is to make sure you get the bang for the buck!
